Claim B. High salary	😃	I don’t think the RFE needs to be much different than original submission. Ideally more emphasis on the total compensation (aka “total comp”), emphasizing the $494k figure, and less emphasis on the “base salary” which is less than half of that ($230k).	🟢 Mostly done (see email dated Nov 3)	Mark to provide updated payslips. Fragomen to consider re-wording the arguments.
Claim C. Membership of orgs	🤷‍♂️	I don’t think we’ve new claims of orgs, but I have added extra content to include as proof – for GLG and YCombinator. I guess we should also make better arguments about why GLG is impressive?	🟡 Not sure	Fragomen to review Mark’s “evidence” / appendix.
Claim D. Contributions	😭	This is the second claim where I feel “ugh, we may have a lot of work left to do to make this section stronger”	🔴 Lots more work to do	Mark to propose more arguments
Claim E. Prizes and Awards	😃	I’m feeling great about this section. I spent some time digging through the archives of old Irish newspapers (https://irishnewsarchive.com/), and I found plenty examples of me being featured in a national paper for being #1 in Ireland at something	🟡 Medium; we need to tidy up arguments and wording, but the hard work of identifying the prizes and finding evidence is done	Mark to tidy up the wording of what was what.
Claim F. Judge of peers	😃	New section. I’m also feeling great about this section. I think it ticks the box.	🟢 Mainly done (next step Fragomen reaction)	Fragomen to review.
